My name is Helen van der Schyff. Welcome to Light Affair Photography. I hope that you will fall in love with my photography and that each image not only tells a story but instills a feeling of love, endurance, memory and infinity.

Our photography studio is in Midrand, which is centrally based in Gauteng, with Johannesburg and surrounds (Bryanston, Fourways, Lonehill, Morningside, Randburg, Rosebank, Sandton, Sunninghill) just a hop and a skip away for me to travel to you.

I am absolutely passionate about capturing all your special and memorable moments through my lens. My work motto is “If we are not having fun, we shouldn’t be doing it.” My photo shoots are relaxed and calm but also fun at the same time.
